To Whom It May Concern

do i feel the rush?
feel the hell-like heat?
even the pain in my tush
from sitting on this busted seat

been busy covering my ears
from the shouts and angry horns
minutes felt like years
think my eardrums have been torned

should i get off now?
i'm getting tired of  waiting
these sweats from my brow
seem not to stop from dripping


really hate the time wasted on this side
now came a moment to decide
this decision might change the tide 
endure the wait or hitch another ride
